DETERMINE WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL AND DISREGARD THE REST.
Control means to exercise restraining or directing influence over; to have power over
Quit spending anytime on those things you cannot control and put all your attention on those things you can control, direct influence over and have power over. There are many things you can control:
You can control your activities.
You can control your attitude.
You can control your actions.
You can control your use of time.
You can control what you listen to, read and watch.
You can control what you what you do to make yourself proficient.
You can control being in more control by only focusing on those things you can control.
Restore your sense of control by writing a list of all the things you control everyday.
